Participant acknowledges that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, striking, grappling, throws, takedowns, joint locks, chokes, sparring, strength training, and related activities involve inherent risks including serious injury, paralysis, or death. Participant voluntarily assumes these risks. Initials:

In consideration for being allowed to participate, participant releases and holds harmless Pueblo Jiu Jitsu, its owners, instructors, coaches, volunteers, employees, affiliates, and landlords from claims arising from ordinary negligence or inherent risks of participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law. 8. Governing Law

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
